The location was great for exploring the nearby nature and there were plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. the staff were friendly and the room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed. Best of all, there was free wifi, which allowed us to stay connected during our weekend away.

The noise level was a bit of an issue, as there was quite a bit of traffic on the nearby road which disrupted our sleep. there were some issues with the facilities, such as a lack of hot water and some broken furniture.

This hotel offers a great value for money, especially for short stays. The owners are very kind and hospitable, always willing to help. The rooms, though small, are cozy and perfect for spending evenings and nights. The location is excellent, with the beautiful Roskoz lake nearby for swimming and cycling trips.

The location near Roskoz lake is perfect for a nice walk and the nearby restaurant and food delivery option adds convenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, with a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ facilities, making it unnecessary to bring cooking supplies. The cleanliness and excellent condition of the amenities, including toys for children, trampoline, and table tennis, exceeded my expectations.

The only minor issue was occasional Wi-Fi blackouts, but overall, everything was ok.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The two good things about my Christmas stay were the clean rooms and the friendly staff. The hotel was also situated close to a beautiful lake and the opportunity to explore nature was a great bonus.

Unfortunately, the location was not ideal and there were no shops or markets nearby. the walls between the rooms were too thin and we could hear all the noise from the neighboring rooms, which was very disturbing.
